Have You Heard About Our Team Member Bill of Rights?

Recently a friend of mine who is part of another network marketing company contacted me to ask some questions. It seems the company he belongs to had made some changes - changes that were serious enough that he was considering whether or not he could continue in the company.

Isn't it great to know that Ariix team members are protected by the team member Bill of Rights? Imagine! A Bill of Rights for company representative! Something that is unique in the industry!

Representatives/distributors are the lifeblood of any network marketing or direct sales company.  You would think they would understand that, wouldn't you?  And yet they make changes every day that directly impact their reps - changes to the comp plan, the product line, and the basic business agreement - and rarely ask the reps for their input.

Well at ARIIX, we DO understand and we put our appreciation in writing with a revolutionary Representative’s Bill of Rights. This ARIIX Bill of Rights is a contractual agreement that guarantees we have your best interests at heart.

Basically, the Bill of Rights says we have the right:

To a Partners Council

To Share in Profits

To True Ownership and Protection

To Review Compensation Plan Changes

To Be The Experts

To Company Loyalty

To Explanation and Reasonable Notice

To Share in the Fun and Incentives

To Help Think Up What's Next

To Fair and Consistent Treatment

To Maintain Our Original Agreement

Each ARIIX rep is entitled to and covered by the same rights, equally. We do not distinguish according to levels or sales quotas or downlines. If you are part of the ARIIX community, you will receive the same consideration and rights as every other team member, because we value each one equally and we are not afraid to make promises because we will follow through!
